No cancellation fees up to 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows at the time of the appointment will be charged €45

Our grooming services include a complimentary brush-out for your furry friend. However, if your dog's coat is severely matted or tangled, additional time and effort may be required to properly groom your pet. Therefore, we kindly inform you that we have a €15 fee for every 20 minutes of detangling. We want to ensure that we give your pet the best care possible and avoid any discomfort or harm caused by excessive matting.

By bringing your pet to our grooming salon, you accept full responsibility for any pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to, medical issues, skin conditions, and behavioral issues. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during the grooming process that are a result of these pre-existing conditions. Our groomers are highly trained and experienced professionals, and we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet during the grooming process.
